SwiftSafari provides taxi and transportation services in various cities across India. Our Services include:

• City rides
• Intercity travel

• Car rental with driver
• Special occasion transportation

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Booking

You can book our Services through our website, mobile application, or by calling our customer service. By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your pickup location, destination, and contact details.

4.2 Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service booked:

• For immediate bookings: Cancellations made within 5 minutes of booking are free of charge. After 5 minutes, a cancellation fee of ₹100 may apply.
• For advance bookings: Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of ₹200.
• For airport transfers: Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of ₹300.

5. Payment Terms

By using our Services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your booking. Payment can be made through various methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. For corporate accounts, monthly billing options are available.

Our fare calculation is based on the following factors:

• Base fare
• Distance traveled (per kilometer rate)
• Waiting time (if applicable)
• Additional services requested
• Applicable taxes and fees

Fare estimates provided at the time of booking are approximate and may vary based on actual route taken, traffic conditions, and other factors.

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Treat our drivers and staff with respect
• Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive behavior
• Not damage or misuse our vehicles
• Not bring prohibited items into our vehicles (e.g., illegal substances, dangerous materials)
• Wear seatbelts at all times during the journey
• Not smoke, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances in our vehicles

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these conduct guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftSafari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Delays or disruptions in our Services
• Viruses or other malicious software obtained by accessing our Services
• Any other matters relating to our Services

Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to such claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SwiftSafari, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
